The Spiders are committed to building relationships while serving our local community. The Spiders Community Web is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to support Oakland and the Bay Area through youth development, community outreach, and job training in support of the Oakland Spiders. Along with financial support for our community partners, Spiders players and staff volunteer throughout the year through youth camps/clinics and community events. The Bay Area Disc Association, founded in 2009, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides local community benefit by creating opportunities for people of all ages and levels to interact, develop, and compete through Ultimate Frisbee. The principles of Spirit of the Game guide everything we do. We will always be committed to player safety, program quality, and fiscal responsibility.
HipHopForChange, Inc. uses grassroots activism to educate people about socio-economic injustices and advocate solutions through Hip Hop culture. We raise funds for local causes that enrich marginalized and historically oppressed communities.

DIFF ED is a BIPOC Bay Area based virtual STEAM educational program, offering youth 5-18 years old the opportunity to explore the world of the arts with our expertise in design, film, and music. We offer after school classes, summer and vacation programs, and training nationwide.
Ultimate Impact is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was launched in June 2016 to support youth in our communities. We use the team sport of ultimate Frisbee as the framework for providing youth with increased opportunities, confidence, communication abilities, and conflict-resolution skills.
